Once a person skills, qualification and experience have been verified by one of the various skills assessing bodies in Australia dependent on those skills being assessed a person may apply for a visa. This is not as simple as filing a case but will require a person to submit an expression of interest, which means the person is put into a global pool of similarly talented people. Australia will then select those they would like and offer them an invitation to apply for a visa.
