It is not advice about your circumstances. Migration law changes often; each page shows the date it was last updated, and you should check the official source before you act. See our Disclaimer.

No client relationship

Reading the site, calling us or sending an enquiry does not make you a client. We act for you only after a written service agreement has been signed by you and by Sukh Sandhu, Registered Migration Agent, MARN 1384130, and you have received the OMARA Consumer Guide. For other countries we do not act for you at all; we give general information and a referral.

Using the site

You agree not to misuse the site, including by sending spam or malicious code through the enquiry form, trying to gain unauthorised access, or giving false information that is not yours to give. We may block access or delete submissions that misuse the site.

Intellectual property

The text, design, logo and graphics on this site belong to The Immigration Worldwide Pty Ltd or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own personal use. Please do not copy content for commercial use without our written permission. Government material that we link to belongs to its owners.

We link to official government and regulator websites so you can check the source. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or availability. A link does not mean we have any special relationship with that organisation. The CAQA family navigation bar at the top of the page links to other businesses in the same group of companies.
