Who it is for
Existing holders only. A cap was placed on the visa on 22 December 2023 and it closed permanently from 1 July 2024. No subsequent entrant applications can be lodged from 1 July 2024.

- Holders can live, study and work temporarily until their visa expiry date, and must keep adequate health insurance.
